So, something I had always rejected as a child has now become a regular part of my life, I am talking of course about exercise.
Since a young age the phrase "go outside and get some exercise" was always a regular thing to hear from my parents, soon replaced by "you're so lazy" with the later one sticking to me as if it were attached to my very soul. However! About a month ago I had converted my garage into a little multi use room and then decided I would do something with my free time and start exercising, and in this room I began a regular exercise routine that consists of one hour a day for 6 days a week. I know, sounds like suicide.
Obviously for the first week I would wake up every day aching like I had been hit by a truck, but recently I wake up feeling amazing! And as a bonus I (my girlfriend and my family) have noticed my body is developing at quite a fast rate.
As tribute to my development, when my next term at College starts I'll upload a photo of me younger (be warned it will be scary) and me after my months of 'working out' (this might be equally as scary and all my buffness is just in my head) and then you guys can make your own decisions on if exercise is really beneficial or not.
Peace
